Sierra Nevada Cheese Company is recalling all Graziers Raw Milk Cheese products (Monterey Jack, Jalapeño Jack, Medium Cheddar, and Sharp Cheddar) due to potential contamination with E. coli O26:H11, a dangerous strain that produces Shiga toxin. The FDA and CDC are investigating a multistate outbreak linked to these cheeses, with 13 illnesses identified so far.
