The Avengers Infinity Gauntlet medal contains high-powered magnets that can detach and be swallowed by children. Swallowed magnets can attract each other or metal objects inside the digestive system, causing serious injury or death through intestinal perforation, twisting, blockage, or blood poisoning. The manufacturer has received three reports of magnets detaching.
