IF LEFT UNREPAIRED, THE INADEQUATELY TIGHTENED SCREWS COULD LEAD TO STEERING FAILURE. LIKEWISE, ANY FOREIGN MATERIALS WHICH MAY BE LOOSE INSIDE THE STEERING BOX ASSEMBLY MAY LEAD TO STEERING FAILURE, POSSIBLY RESULTING IN A VEHICLE CRASH, CAUSING SERIOUS INJURY OR DEATH.

The internal battery cell connections may slip and result in arcing and overheating, posing a fire or thermal burn hazard.
