Bakkavor Foods discovered metal fragments in roasted tomato parmesan focaccia bread sold under multiple brand names, including Frederik's by Meijer, Fresh & Simple, HT Traders, and Trader Joe's. The metal came from roasted tomatoes supplied by an ingredient vendor. No injuries have been reported.

Bakkavor's Basil Pesto & Mozzarella Pizza may contain small metal fragments in the bread. The metal came from roasted tomatoes supplied by one of the company's ingredient suppliers. The affected pizzas were distributed to nine states: Arizona, California, Connecticut, Florida, Illinois, Michigan, North Carolina, New Jersey, Texas, and Virginia.

Sevillo Fine Foods is recalling frozen slow roasted diced tomatoes because they may contain metal fragments. The recall affects 24-lb bulk packages with specific lot numbers distributed in California and North Carolina.

Under-pasteurized dairy products can contain harmful bacteria. The affected products were distributed to Walmart stores in 11 states.
