Waldemar Link GmbH & Co. KG is recalling specific lots of Endo-Model SL Connection Component implant screws. The bushing on the plateau screw could detach from the screw shaft due to a crack, which could affect implant stability.
- If you received this implant, contact your surgeon or healthcare provider with your implant lot number
- Review the list of affected lot numbers (starting 250925 or 251110) with your medical records
- Do not attempt to remove or adjust the implant yourself
