Waldemar Link GmbH & Co. KG is recalling Endo-Model Replacement Plateau screws (Item Number 15-0027/12) because the bushing could detach from the screw shaft due to a crack. This could affect the stability of the implant. One affected unit has been identified outside the US.
- If you received this implant, contact your surgeon or healthcare provider immediately
- Do not use the affected screw (Lot 2549036, UDI-DI: 04026575431960)
- Ask your provider whether replacement is needed
