What to do

  1. Check your Medline Convenience Kits for the affected lot numbers: 25BBB005, 25GBY063, 25KBI862, 25LBT688, or 26CBG211.
  2. Do not use applicators from these lots.
  3. Contact Medline or your healthcare facility for replacement kits or instructions.
  4. If you have already used an applicator from an affected lot and develop signs of infection (redness, warmth, swelling, or fever), contact your healthcare provider.
