What to do

  1. Check your Medline Convenience Kit for lot numbers 25GBS617, 25IBF898, 25HBI181, 25JBJ452, 25LBJ223, 26ABT372, 26CBF527, or 26EBH733.
  2. Do not use ChloraPrep applicators from these lots.
  3. Contact your healthcare provider or Medline if you have already used an applicator from an affected lot.
  4. Return the kit or contact Medline Industries for a replacement.
