Ventura Foods LLC is recalling Poco Pac peanut butter and grape jelly combination packs because blue plastic pieces were found in a production filter. The affected product was distributed across 39 states. No injuries have been reported.
- Check if you have Poco Pac peanut butter and jelly packs with lot numbers D086F03, D076F03, D077F03, D102F03, or D104F03
- Do not eat the product
- Discard it or return it to the store where you bought it

Foreign material. During production, the firm found pieces of blue plastic in a filter.
