Do not eat Ajinomoto Teppanyaki fried rice

Ajinomoto Foods is recalling certain frozen Teppanyaki Style Vegetable Fried Rice packages because they may contain small pieces of glass. The glass fragments are 1–3 cm long and could cause injury if eaten. No injuries have been reported so far.

  • Check if you have this product: 9 oz. bags (UPC 071757508835) with best-by dates from May 21, 2026 to May 5, 2027
  • Do not eat it
  • Throw away the product or return it to the store where you bought it

Foreign objects are glass varying in size from 1-3cm long and 2-4mm wide.
