Liquid Blenz Immunity Enhancer Elderberry syrup (16 oz and 32 oz bottles) may not have been properly processed, which could allow Clostridium botulinum bacteria to grow. This bacterium produces a toxin that causes botulism, a serious illness. The product was distributed in New York and through online sales.
