Liquid Blenz Good Brain Tonic beverages in 16 oz and 32 oz bottles may not have been processed properly, which could allow dangerous bacteria (Clostridium botulinum) to grow. The product also makes health claims that are not allowed without FDA approval.
- Do not drink Liquid Blenz Good Brain Tonic if you have this product at home.
- Check your bottles for UPC 860010984468 (16 oz) or 860010984475 (32 oz).
- Dispose of the product safely or contact the manufacturer for instructions.
- Contact a doctor or poison control (1-800-222-1222) if you have consumed this product and feel sick.
