Solina's 50-pound bags of Sourdough Cheese Crouton Seasoning may be contaminated with Salmonella. The affected product is lot 355048 with a use-by date of July 8, 2026. Thirty bags were distributed to food service and industrial customers in Michigan, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, Illinois, Georgia, California, and Kansas.
- Do not use or serve this product if you have lot 355048.
- Return or dispose of the product according to your facility's procedures.
- Contact Solina U.S. Holding or your supplier for a replacement or refund.
