Nutricia NOURISH meal replacement formula recalled for low vitamin A

Nutricia North America discovered that its testing laboratory used an incorrect method to measure vitamin A content in NOURISH ORGANIC WHOLE FOODS MEAL REPLACEMENT PEPTIDE FORMULA BERRY MEDLEY. The test results showed higher vitamin A levels than what is actually in the product, meaning affected packages contain less vitamin A than the label states.

  • Check your product for the affected UPC codes (case: 8 57858 00445 8; package: 8 57858 00447 2) and best-by dates up to April 14, 2028 (24-count) or February 19, 2028 (12-count).
  • Contact Nutricia North America or your retailer for instructions on return or replacement.
  • If this product is your primary nutrition source, speak with your healthcare provider about supplementing vitamin A.
