Clover Hill Dairy cheese recalled for Listeria risk
Clover Hill Dairy has expanded its recall to include all Clover Hill Dairy brand cheeses due to potential contamination with Listeria monocytogenes, a bacteria that can cause serious infections. The recall includes ricotta, cuajada, cheddar, Monterey Jack, and many other varieties sold in multiple sizes. Products may also be labeled under other brand names including KESSO, QUESOS LA RICURA, IZALCO, DE MI PUEBLO, and RIO LINDO.
- Do not eat, sell, or serve any Clover Hill Dairy brand cheese products.
- Return the cheese to the point of purchase for a full refund.
- Check package labels for manufacturer permit number "24-128" to identify Clover Hill products.
