Ocular Plus, an eye health dietary supplement containing lutein and zeaxanthin, contains Yellow#5 food dye that was not listed on the label. Yellow#5 can trigger allergic reactions in sensitive individuals. About 7,000 units across three lot numbers were distributed to retail stores in California.
