Food to Live Organic SuperGrass Powder in 6 oz, 12 oz, 1 lb, and 4 lb containers has been recalled due to Salmonella contamination. The affected products were distributed across the United States and U.S. Virgin Islands. No illnesses have been reported.

El Eden Import Distributor Corp. recalled pork cracklings snack products imported from Colombia, which is not approved to export meat products to the U.S. The products were shipped to distributors and retail locations in New Jersey and Utah in July 2026. No illnesses have been reported.

Created Fresh! Cranberry Chicken Salad Wedge sandwiches contain egg but failed to list it in the allergen "Contains" statement on the package label, though egg appears in the ingredients list. The sandwiches were distributed to stores in Georgia and Florida from August 19 to September 3, 2026. No illnesses have been reported so far.

BMC Medical Co., Ltd. recalled 20,160 Luna G3 APAP sleep apnea devices (Model LG3600) due to a firmware defect in version G3-2.00.76. Under certain high-pressure, high-breathing-rate conditions, affected devices can display an error message and shut down automatically, stopping therapy delivery. Most devices were corrected with a firmware upgrade, but up to 196 units may still contain the defective version.

Made Fresh Salads Inc. is recalling ready-to-eat deli salads and cream cheese products distributed in New York City because they may be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes. The contamination was discovered through environmental testing at the facility. No illnesses have been reported so far.

Prime Line Distributors and Ferrarini USA are recalling imported ready-to-eat pork guanciale (cured pork jowl) products that may be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes. The products were produced in Italy in May 2026 and imported to the U.S. in July 2026. The contamination was discovered during routine testing; no illnesses have been reported.

Great Value Organic Triple Berry Blend (10 oz, lot code 6040 01-6) may be contaminated with E. coli O145, a harmful bacteria that can cause severe stomach cramps, bloody diarrhea, and vomiting. Revival Animal Health recalled Breeder's Edge® and Shelter's Choice® Feline Milk Replacers because some batches contain low levels of potassium, copper, folic acid, choline, and/or vitamin B6. Young kittens depend entirely on milk replacer for nutrition, and these deficiencies can cause anemia, organ damage, and developmental problems within days or weeks.

Baxter is recalling one lot of Anticoagulant Sodium Citrate Solution used with apheresis devices due to potential fiberglass particles in the solution. The affected product was distributed to one customer in the United States between July 2 and July 11, 2026. No adverse events have been reported to date.

Shanghai Ravioli Corporation recalled approximately 24,900 pounds of frozen Buffalo chicken ravioli and mozzarella sticks produced without federal inspection. The products, sold to foodservice locations in the Northeast, were marked with a false inspection number and may contain undeclared allergens, harmful bacteria, or other contaminants.

Jaime's Foods ATX recalled Jaime's Spanish Village Jalapeno Ranch dressing because it contains eggs that were not listed on the label or allergen warning. Baxter is recalling two lots of 0.9% Sodium Chloride Injection (saline solution) used in hospitals and dialysis centers because fiberglass particles have been found in the solution. The affected lots were distributed to hospitals and medical suppliers in 14 states between July 31 and August 3, 2026. No injuries have been reported so far.

Baxter is recalling one lot of 70% Dextrose Injection used in hospitals and care facilities because stainless steel particles were found in the solution. If given intravenously, these particles could cause blood clots, block blood vessels, or damage organs. No patient injuries have been reported so far.

Everything Sprouts, LLC is recalling certain lots of alfalfa sprouts sold in Minnesota and Wisconsin from May through August 2026 because they may be contaminated with Shiga toxin-producing E. coli (STEC) or Salmonella bacteria. The contaminated sprouts were also used in some Crunchy Protein Sprout Mix and Zesty Garlic Mix cups. As of the recall announcement, 55 illnesses had been reported.

Fromm Family Foods is recalling two wet dog food products: Turkey Pâté and Diner Classics Milo's Meatloaf Pâté, sold in 12.2 oz. and 12.5 oz. cans with a Best By date of 032029. The recall is due to potential metal contamination discovered during production. If dogs eat metal, they can choke, vomit, lose appetite, or suffer cuts and blockages in the mouth or digestive tract.

B. Braun Medical Inc. is recalling one lot of Excel Lactated Ringers Injection (1000mL) distributed to hospitals and healthcare facilities because the solution contains small particles—primarily cellulose fibers from cotton, wood, and polystyrene. These particles could cause blood clots, vein inflammation, or organ damage if infused intravenously. No injuries have been reported so far.

Dreyer's Grand Ice Cream is recalling select Outshine Fruit Bars because glass may have contaminated the product. The recall affects five flavors (Strawberry, Watermelon, Grape, Tangerine, and Black Cherry) in 6-count and 24-count variety packs. No injuries have been reported so far.

L-Nutra's Prolon brand Apulian Almond & Cocoa Spread contains undeclared cashew, pistachio, and hazelnut that are not listed on the label. People with allergies or sensitivities to these tree nuts could have a serious or life-threatening allergic reaction. One allergic reaction has been confirmed so far.

Oma's Pride recalled one lot (BB012729) of Woof Complete Canine Chicken Recipe, a frozen raw dog food sold in 6 lb bags, because it tested positive for Salmonella. Three dogs have become ill from the contaminated product. Salmonella can affect pets eating the food and poses a risk to humans handling the product.

Gangothri Foods (operating as Indus Foods, LLC) recalled approximately 1,626 pounds of ready-to-eat pickled goat and chicken products made between January 2025 and May 2026 because they were produced without USDA inspection. The products were sold to restaurants, retailers, distributors, and consumers nationwide. No illnesses have been reported.

Asian America Trading recalled approximately 996 pounds of ready-to-eat fish skin crackers (sold under brands including UN CHI and others) because they were produced in China, a country not permitted to export this type of product to the United States. The products were discovered during routine inspections. No illnesses have been reported.

Grand Central Bakery is recalling loaves of Potato Sourdough Bread sold on August 10, 2026, because they may contain pieces of metal. A pallet nail was discovered in one loaf. The affected products were sold at grocery stores, restaurants, wholesalers, and four Grand Central Bakery café locations in the Seattle and Tacoma metro areas of Washington.
