Lidl US is recalling Vitasia Asian Style Wok Spice Mix (1.58 oz, Lot #155846, Best By JUN 2028) because routine testing found potential Salmonella contamination. The affected product was sold at Lidl stores in Delaware, DC, Georgia, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, and Virginia between July 24 and August 10, 2026. No illnesses have been reported.

Frankie's Organic Plant-Based Vegan Cheddar Puffs with a "Best If Used By" date of May 16, 2027 may contain undeclared milk due to contamination at the seasoning supplier level. People with a milk allergy or sensitivity could have a serious or life-threatening allergic reaction if they eat this product. The recall affects 94 cases sold in Washington, Florida, and South Carolina.

Modern Warrior Ready, a dietary supplement sold in 60-capsule bottles, contains unapproved ingredients including tianeptine, 1,4 DMAA, and aniracetam. The FDA identified these ingredients through analysis. The product was distributed nationwide from April 2022 through December 8, 2025.
