Golden State Medical Supply Inc. is recalling Prasugrel HCI 10mg tablets (lot GS062298, expiration 09/30/2026) because they failed to meet dissolution specifications during quality testing. Dissolution is how quickly a tablet breaks down in the body to release its active ingredient. Tablets that dissolve too slowly or incompletely may not work as intended.

Food to Live Organic SuperGrass Powder in 6 oz, 12 oz, 1 lb, and 4 lb containers has been recalled due to Salmonella contamination. The affected products were distributed across the United States and U.S. Virgin Islands. No illnesses have been reported.

BMC Medical Co., Ltd. recalled 20,160 Luna G3 APAP sleep apnea devices (Model LG3600) due to a firmware defect in version G3-2.00.76. Under certain high-pressure, high-breathing-rate conditions, affected devices can display an error message and shut down automatically, stopping therapy delivery. Most devices were corrected with a firmware upgrade, but up to 196 units may still contain the defective version.

Foods Alive Inc is recalling 8-ounce packages of organic moringa leaf powder because they may be contaminated with Salmonella. The contamination was discovered after the supplier's sample tested positive. No illnesses have been reported so far.

SUPPLX.com's Business Pill and Branch Manager for Men dietary supplements contain yohimbine that is not listed on the labels. FDA testing found dangerously high levels of this substance, which can cause serious heart problems, severe high blood pressure, and other dangerous side effects—especially in people taking stimulants or certain medications.

American Regent is recalling three lots of epinephrine injection (1 mg/mL multi-dose vials) due to leaking and cracked vials, plus contamination with particles including nylon, cellulosic, acrylic, polyethylene, and glass. These particles can block blood vessels, cause blood clots, and damage organs; cracked vials also risk loss of sterility and bacterial contamination. No adverse events have been reported so far.

Certain Mondraker mountain bicycles equipped with ONOFF S9 Carbon MTB handlebars may have handlebars that crack or fracture during use. This can cause loss of control and a fall. The company has received five reports of handlebar breakage, including two injuries from falls.

Clorox Puerto Rico is recalling about 6.3 million bottles of scented Mistolin and Lestoil cleaners sold in Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. The products may contain Pseudomonas aeruginosa bacteria, which can cause serious infections in people with weakened immune systems or external medical devices if the bacteria is inhaled, touches the eyes, or enters through a break in the skin. People with healthy immune systems are typically unaffected.

B. Braun Medical Inc. is recalling three lots of 0.9% Sodium Chloride Injection (saline solution) used in hospitals and healthcare settings. The recalled product contains particles of zinc oxide that should not be present. Intravenous fluids contaminated with particulate matter can cause serious complications including blood clots and organ damage. No injuries have been reported so far.

Lipofit Extreme Fat Burner 2.0 (Lot 25M12F, expiration 09/2027) contains undeclared fluoxetine, a prescription antidepressant, in the daytime tablets and undeclared 2,4-dinitrophenol (DNP), a toxic pesticide, in the nighttime tablets. Neither ingredient is approved for use in dietary supplements, and DNP is not approved by the FDA for any use in humans.

Revival Animal Health recalled Breeder's Edge® and Shelter's Choice® Feline Milk Replacers because some batches contain low levels of potassium, copper, folic acid, choline, and/or vitamin B6. Young kittens depend entirely on milk replacer for nutrition, and these deficiencies can cause anemia, organ damage, and developmental problems within days or weeks.

Baxter is recalling two lots of 0.9% Sodium Chloride Injection (saline solution) used in hospitals and dialysis centers because fiberglass particles have been found in the solution. The affected lots were distributed to hospitals and medical suppliers in 14 states between July 31 and August 3, 2026. No injuries have been reported so far.

Baxter is recalling one lot of 70% Dextrose Injection used in hospitals and care facilities because stainless steel particles were found in the solution. If given intravenously, these particles could cause blood clots, block blood vessels, or damage organs. No patient injuries have been reported so far.

Everything Sprouts, LLC is recalling certain lots of alfalfa sprouts sold in Minnesota and Wisconsin from May through August 2026 because they may be contaminated with Shiga toxin-producing E. coli (STEC) or Salmonella bacteria. The contaminated sprouts were also used in some Crunchy Protein Sprout Mix and Zesty Garlic Mix cups. As of the recall announcement, 55 illnesses had been reported.
