Medline Industries is recalling specific lots of Pediatric Cath Securement Kits (SKU DYNDC3108) because the BD ChloraPrep Triple Swabsticks inside may have open or compromised packaging seals. An open seal could allow the applicators to dry out or become contaminated before use.
- Check if you have Medline kit SKU DYNDC3108, Lot 25EBD612 (UDI 10193489918007)
- Do not use the kit if you find it matches the recalled lot
- Contact Medline or your supplier for a replacement or refund
