Avanos Medical included lidocaine hydrochloride injection with quality defects in 22 sterile feeding tube kits. The lidocaine was subject to a supplier recall for quality issues. The affected kits were distributed nationwide.
- If you received an affected kit (Model 7170-14, Lot 30370713), do not use the lidocaine injection included in it.
- Contact Avanos Medical or your supplier for instructions on replacement or return.
