Deep-brand Premium Select Tapioca (Cassava) Diced has tested positive for Salmonella, a bacteria that can cause serious illness. The affected product is sold frozen in 12 oz. bags. This is a Class I recall, meaning there is a serious health risk.
- Check your freezer for Deep-brand Premium Select Tapioca with lot numbers 24354, 25023, 25045, 25071, 25086, 25095, or 25142.
- Do not eat this product.
- Throw away the product or return it to the store where you bought it.
- Wash your hands and any surfaces that may have touched the product.
