Deep-brand Premium Select Turmeric Yellow Haldi (12 oz. bags) has tested positive for Salmonella, a bacteria that can cause serious illness. The recall affects specific lot numbers distributed across the United States.
- Do not use any Deep-brand Premium Select Turmeric with lot numbers 25027, 25041, 25065, 25106, 25142, or 25156
- Throw out the product or return it to the store where you bought it
- Wash your hands, utensils, and surfaces that may have touched the turmeric
- Contact your doctor if you have symptoms of Salmonella infection (fever, diarrhea, abdominal cramps, nausea)
