Deep-brand PREMIUM Select Singoda (cooked) water chestnuts tested positive for Salmonella, a bacteria that can cause serious illness. The recall affects 12 oz. frozen packages with specific lot numbers distributed across the United States.
- Check your freezer for Deep-brand Singoda water chestnuts with lot numbers 25004, 25034, 25042, 25067, 25094, 25106, 25121, 25143, 25150K, 25165, or 25197
- Do not eat the product
- Throw away the product or return it to the store where you bought it
- Wash your hands and any surfaces that may have touched the product
