Deep-brand PREMIUM Select Methi Chopped (a frozen chopped fenugreek herb product) tested positive for Salmonella, a bacteria that can cause serious foodborne illness. The recall affects specific lot codes distributed across the United States. No illnesses have been reported so far.
- Check your freezer for Deep-brand PREMIUM Select Methi Chopped with lot codes 24356, 24358–24363, 24365–24366, or 25001–25008.
- Do not eat the product.
- Throw away the product or return it to the store where you bought it.
- Wash your hands and any surfaces that may have touched the product.
- Contact your doctor if you develop symptoms of Salmonella infection (diarrhea, fever, stomach cramps).
