These products were distributed across 29 U.S. states and Mexico, with limited Subway distribution in Arkansas, Louisiana, and Texas.
- Check your refrigerator for Peak Lettuce Salad products with the recalled lot codes (TFMX183A05, TFMX188A02, TFMX190A02, TFMX191A02, or TFMX194B02).
- Do not eat the recalled salad.
- Throw away or return the product to the store where you bought it.
- If you have eaten this salad and develop symptoms like diarrhea, nausea, or abdominal cramps, contact your healthcare provider.
