Straus Family Creamery is recalling select flavors and sizes of its Organic Ice Cream due to the potential presence of metal foreign material. The recall affects only specific production runs identified by "best by" dates on pint and quart containers distributed to 17 states starting May 4, 2026. No injuries have been reported.
- Check the "best by" date on the bottom of your Straus ice cream container against the list of affected dates and flavors.
- Discard the product if it matches a recalled lot — do not eat it or return it to the store.
