Clorox Puerto Rico is recalling about 6.3 million bottles of scented Mistolin and Lestoil cleaners sold in Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. The products may contain Pseudomonas aeruginosa bacteria, which can cause serious infections in people with weakened immune systems or external medical devices if the bacteria is inhaled, touches the eyes, or enters through a break in the skin. People with healthy immune systems are typically unaffected.

The lithium-ion battery in XO Poppy Power Trip Magnetic Wireless Power Banks (model PYPBK5M) can overheat and catch fire. About 32,400 units were sold at TJX and Marshalls stores in three colors: cream, cream with pink bow print, and black with teddy bear print. No injuries have been reported.

The backrests on certain Branch height-adjustable ergonomic chairs can detach due to incorrectly installed anchors at the factory. This poses a fall hazard. The chairs were made between September 10, 2025 and April 22, 2026. Branch has received 11 reports of backrest detachment but no injuries so far.

Certain Amana brand through-the-wall air conditioners and heat pumps can develop a short circuit in the snubber component, which may emit flames. Two incidents of this short circuit have been reported, though no injuries have occurred yet.

Loyoda adult portable bed rails do not meet federal safety standards for adult bed rails. They pose a risk of serious injury or death from entrapment and asphyxiation.

SHEIN Distribution Corporation is recalling spiral toys that contain small plastic balls. These toys are intended for children under three years old, but the small balls pose a serious choking hazard and violate federal safety rules for that age group.

Bell Sports is recalling certain Pit Boss motorcycle helmets, size medium, manufactured between January 1 and January 31, 2026. These helmets may lack proper impact protection and do not meet federal safety standards, which increases the risk of head injury in a crash.

Rennline's lower control arm (part number S180) may have been made with incorrect dimensions, which can damage the vehicle's subframe. A damaged subframe can cause loss of steering control and increase crash risk.

A screw in the carrying handle of certain Britax child seats (B-Safe Gen 2, B-Safe Gen 2 Flexfit, B-Safe Gen 2 Flexfit Plus, B-Safe 35, B-Safe Ultra, and Endeavours models) may loosen and cause the handle to partially detach. If the handle detaches while a child is being carried, the child could fall.

CCM Hockey visors and replacement visor accessories can crack when hit during play, potentially causing cuts or impact injuries. The recalled products are FMHVR Hybrid Visors and ACCHVR Replacement Visor accessories with specific serial numbers.

Workbless pressure washer models WB0301 and WB0302 lack proper electrical safety features—specifically a ground-fault circuit-interrupter (GFCI) and an adequate power cord. This creates a serious risk of electric shock or electrocution during use.

Koorlian brand mattresses sold on Amazon do not meet federal flammability safety standards and pose a serious fire risk. The recalled mattresses are 10 inches thick, Twin XL size, with white tops and blue sides, and were sold compressed in boxes between November 2025 and March 2026.

The rear brake caliper on certain 2021–2024 Husqvarna and GASGAS off-road motorcycles can crack or break, which reduces braking power and increases the risk of a crash. About 21,040 motorcycles are affected. No injuries have been reported so far.

Avride's automated driving system software (versions before RC-01-05) may direct vehicles to change lanes, merge, or veer without safely checking for other vehicles or maintaining distance. This unexpected movement increases crash risk.

Holley Performance Products is recalling certain replacement carburetors and throttle body kits. The secondary vacuum throttle levers may be undersized, which can interfere with the throttle shaft and cause loss of throttle control, increasing crash risk.

Sunnyside gallon 1-K Kerosene Heater and Appliance Fluid containers lack safety devices required by federal law and pose a risk of flash fire and serious burns. The recalled batch (26082) was sold online and at hardware stores from May through July 2026.

Zimtown 5-gallon portable gas cans sold online have closures that are not child-resistant, violating federal safety standards. Children could open the cans and spill fuel, risking serious burns and poisoning.
