The crib's drop-side rail hardware can malfunction, detach or otherwise fail, causing part of the drop-side rail to detach from the crib. When the drop-side rail partially detaches, it creates a space between the drop side and the crib mattress. An infant or toddler's body can become entrapped in the space, which can lead to strangulation and/or suffocation. A child can also fall out of the crib. Drop-side incidents also can occur due to age-related wear and tear.

The glass doors can shatter, posing a laceration hazard.

Overexposure to fumes, vapor or spray mist from the product can pose a serious respiratory hazard to consumers.

Liquids can pool under the control knob and cause the surface heating element to turn on unexpectedly, heat to temperatures other than expected and then not turn off, posing a risk of fire and burn hazards to consumers.

An infant can pass through the opening between the stroller tray and seat bottom, but his/her head and neck can become entrapped by the tray. Infants who become entrapped at the neck are at risk of strangulation.

The overalls have snaps that could come loose and pose a choking hazard to young children.

The flashlights can cause the batteries and/or bulb to overheat, posing fire and burn hazards to consumers.

The intake valve on the bottom of the submarine toy can suck up loose skin, posing laceration hazard to children.

These riding mowers came to consumers with the side discharge chute not fully secured to the mower. Bolts can be forcefully discharged from mower if not properly tightened, posing an injury hazard to consumers.

Pressure from the buildup of carbon dioxide in the jars of Bath Bombs/Balls or Bath Fizzies that come with the kits can cause the unvented lids to blow off, posing explosion and projectile hazards. The flying pieces also can cause property damage. Additionally, the mixture of water with the Bath Bombs/Balls or Bath Fizzies can create citric acid. This acid can get into consumers' eyes when the jars explode, posing a risk of eye irritation.

The cable clamping area of the bicycle brakes can crack over time, causing the brakes to fail. This could pose a fall or crash hazard to the cyclist.

The switch on the cordless drill can overheat, posing a fire and burn hazard to consumers.

The bench can tip over when only one person is seated on it. This could pose a fall hazard to consumers.

IN THE EVENT OF A CRASH, A CRACK MAY FORM AT THE FRONT OF THE SEAT ADJACENT TO THE HARNESS ADJUSTER CAUSING THE CHILD NOT TO BE ADEQUATELY RESTRAINED, INCREASING THE RISK OF INJURY.

AN INSUFFICIENT RESPONSE TIME CAN RESULT IN POWER NOT BEING SHUT-OFF IN SUFFICIENT TIME TO PREVENT A FIRE.

THESE CRACKS CAN PROPAGATE AND CAUSE THE SPINDLE TO DETACH FROM THE AXLE TUBE, RESULTING IN THE SEPARATION OF THE WHEEL END FROM THE VEHICLE, CREATING A ROAD HAZARD THAT INCREASES THE RISK OF A CRASH TO OTHER VEHICLES, AND COMPROMISES THE DRIVER'S CONTROL OF THE VEHICLE INCREASING THE RISK OF A VEHICLE CRASH.

Strangulations can occur when a child places his/her neck between the exposed inner cord and the fabric on the backside of the shade or when a child pulls the cord out and wraps it around his/her neck.

Incorrectly assembled trampolines can allow the top rails and legs to bend or break during normal use, resulting in partial collapse of the trampoline. This poses a fall hazard to consumers.

The drop-side rail hardware on the cribs can break or fail, allowing the drop side to detach from the crib. When the drop side detaches, a hazardous gap is created between the drop-side rail and the crib mattress in which infants and toddlers can become wedged or entrapped, posing risks of suffocation and strangulation. In addition, children can fall out of the crib when the drop-side rail falls unexpectedly or detaches from the crib. Drop-side rail failures also can occur due to incorrect assembly or with age-related wear and tear. Other models of Jardine drop-side cribs were recalled for repair on June 24, 2010.

The enamel coating of the pan can crackle and break off after a few uses, posing a burn hazard to consumers.

The opening between the grab bar and seat bottom of the stroller can allow an infant's body to pass through and become entrapped at the neck by the grab bar, posing a strangulation hazard to young children when a child is not harnessed. When using a stroller, parents and caregivers are encouraged always to secure children by using the safety harness and never to leave them unattended.

The side rail on the bed can crack allowing the mattress support to collapse, posing a fall and injury hazard to users.

The valve of the inflatable ball on these toys can come off and pose a choking hazard to young children.

Children can fall on or against the pegs on the rear legs of the high chair resulting in injuries or lacerations. The pegs are used for high chair tray storage.
