The recalled swing sets did not come with assembly directions for the swing seat harness. The swing seat harness assembly needs to be completed by the consumer. The swing seats can detach if the harness is not assembled properly, which could result in fall and injury during use.

The tractor's parking brake can fail posing a loss of control hazard.

The 220-volt receptacle can fail to produce power correctly and cause power surges that can damage appliances. This poses a risk of fire and possible injury to consumers.

The drain covers in the tubs can entangle a bather's hair in the openings, causing the bather's head to be held under water, which can result in drowning.

The brew basket can shift out of alignment allowing hot water to overflow. This poses a scalding and burn hazard to consumers.

The inner bladder located inside the diving wing can break, causing the wing to fail to operate as a floating/buoyancy device. This poses a drowning hazard to divers.

The patio umbrella and its pole could tip over and strike consumers if the umbrella's collar or sleeve is not removed prior to closing the umbrella, posing a risk of impact injury to consumers.

The recalled decking can prematurely deteriorate and unexpectedly break. Consumers can fall through broken decking and suffer serious injuries.

The glass can break during use, posing a fire hazard.

The heating element of the popcorn machine's warming deck can remain on after being switched off. This poses a burn hazard to users.

The side supports on these chairs can splinter when weight is placed on them, posing a fall hazard to consumers.
