SHEIN Distribution Corporation is recalling spiral toys that contain small plastic balls. These toys are intended for children under three years old, but the small balls pose a serious choking hazard and violate federal safety rules for that age group.

The lithium-ion batteries in Cambridge Audio Yoyo (M) Portable Bluetooth Speakers can overheat and catch fire. The company has received four reports of fires, smoke, and battery material ejection, though no injuries have been reported so far.

These wooden dressers can tip over and trap children if not securely anchored to the wall. The dressers do not meet federal safety standards for clothing storage furniture. No injuries have been reported.

Great Value Organic Triple Berry Blend (10 oz, lot code 6040 01-6) may be contaminated with E. coli O145, a harmful bacteria that can cause severe stomach cramps, bloody diarrhea, and vomiting. The contaminated berries were distributed to Walmart stores in 16 states. No illnesses linked to this specific product have been reported so far.

Northwest Naturals has recalled two frozen raw pet food products because they may be contaminated with Salmonella and/or Listeria monocytogenes. The affected products are the Frozen Chicken Recipe (cat food, 2 lb. bags) and Frozen Raw Diet for Dogs Chicken Recipe (6 lb. bags) in specific lots. No illnesses have been reported so far.

Everything Sprouts, LLC is recalling certain lots of Robust Radish Sprout Mix (5oz cups) sold in Minnesota and Wisconsin from August 13–26, 2026, because they may contain Shiga toxin-producing E. coli (STEC) or Salmonella bacteria. No illnesses have been reported to date.

B. Braun Medical Inc. is recalling three lots of 0.9% Sodium Chloride Injection (saline solution) used in hospitals and healthcare settings. The recalled product contains particles of zinc oxide that should not be present. Intravenous fluids contaminated with particulate matter can cause serious complications including blood clots and organ damage. No injuries have been reported so far.

Lipofit Extreme Fat Burner 2.0 (Lot 25M12F, expiration 09/2027) contains undeclared fluoxetine, a prescription antidepressant, in the daytime tablets and undeclared 2,4-dinitrophenol (DNP), a toxic pesticide, in the nighttime tablets. Neither ingredient is approved for use in dietary supplements, and DNP is not approved by the FDA for any use in humans.

Revival Animal Health recalled Breeder's Edge® and Shelter's Choice® Feline Milk Replacers because some batches contain low levels of potassium, copper, folic acid, choline, and/or vitamin B6. Young kittens depend entirely on milk replacer for nutrition, and these deficiencies can cause anemia, organ damage, and developmental problems within days or weeks.

Baxter is recalling one lot of Anticoagulant Sodium Citrate Solution used with apheresis devices due to potential fiberglass particles in the solution. The affected product was distributed to one customer in the United States between July 2 and July 11, 2026. No adverse events have been reported to date.

The Better Bakehouse Snack Company recalled certain lots of Donutful Chocolate Dipped Vanilla Cake Donuts because they may contain milk that is not listed on the label. People with a milk allergy or severe sensitivity could have a serious allergic reaction if they eat this product.

Baxter is recalling one lot of 70% Dextrose Injection used in hospitals and care facilities because stainless steel particles were found in the solution. If given intravenously, these particles could cause blood clots, block blood vessels, or damage organs. No patient injuries have been reported so far.

Vitruvias Therapeutics is recalling one lot (504950) of Thyroid Tablets, USP 30 mg because testing found the tablets may contain higher-than-intended amounts of thyroid hormone. Taking overly potent thyroid medication can cause an overactive thyroid, leading to weight loss, rapid heartbeat, chest pain, and other serious symptoms, especially in elderly people, pregnant women, and infants.

Fromm Family Foods is recalling two wet dog food products: Turkey Pâté and Diner Classics Milo's Meatloaf Pâté, sold in 12.2 oz. and 12.5 oz. cans with a Best By date of 032029. The recall is due to potential metal contamination discovered during production. If dogs eat metal, they can choke, vomit, lose appetite, or suffer cuts and blockages in the mouth or digestive tract.

CCM Hockey visors and replacement visor accessories can crack when hit during play, potentially causing cuts or impact injuries. The recalled products are FMHVR Hybrid Visors and ACCHVR Replacement Visor accessories with specific serial numbers.

Workbless pressure washer models WB0301 and WB0302 lack proper electrical safety features—specifically a ground-fault circuit-interrupter (GFCI) and an adequate power cord. This creates a serious risk of electric shock or electrocution during use.

The rear brake caliper on certain 2021–2024 Husqvarna and GASGAS off-road motorcycles can crack or break, which reduces braking power and increases the risk of a crash. About 21,040 motorcycles are affected. No injuries have been reported so far.

Optimal Balance Pharmacy identified elevated bacterial endotoxin levels in one lot of compounded glutathione 200 mg/mL multi-dose vials during testing. Endotoxins can cause fevers, low blood pressure, severe allergic reactions, and in serious cases, death. Sunnyside gallon 1-K Kerosene Heater and Appliance Fluid containers lack safety devices required by federal law and pose a risk of flash fire and serious burns. The recalled batch (26082) was sold online and at hardware stores from May through July 2026.

Zimtown 5-gallon portable gas cans sold online have closures that are not child-resistant, violating federal safety standards. Children could open the cans and spill fuel, risking serious burns and poisoning.
