Vesco Q 100mL feed set recalled for possible feeding pump inaccuracy

The feeding pump used with these feed sets may deliver enteral fluids outside its labeled accuracy of plus or minus 5%. This could cause too much or too little nutrition compared with the prescribed dose, if proper controls are not in place. The agency describes possible effects as temporary or medically reversible, with a remote chance of serious harm, and no injuries have been reported.
