Clover Sonoma cottage cheese recalled for potential under-pasteurization

Stop using Clover Sonoma cottage cheese

Clover Sonoma low-fat cottage cheese may not have been fully pasteurized due to a broken seal on processing equipment. The affected products were distributed to 11 states. No illnesses have been reported.

  • Check your cottage cheese for the best-by date of MAR-31-26 and lot code A3 PLT# 06-71
  • Do not eat the product if you have it
  • Throw away the cottage cheese or return it to the store where you bought it

Potentially under pasteurized. The firm was notified by the California Department of Agriculture that due to the broken seal on the pasteurizer, the products may be under pasteurized, and they should recall the products.
