Certain 2021–2026 Altec Digger Derrick and 2023–2025 Altec TA Series vehicles have improper wiring in the power distribution module. This wiring defect can prevent the boom stow auto-neutral system from working, which means the truck may be driven with the boom still raised and unsecured.

Water can leak into the strobe lights on certain 2021–2023 Altec service body vehicles, causing an electrical short circuit. This short circuit can increase the risk of fire.

Altec Industries is recalling certain 2019–2026 AN Series, 2023 AA Series, 2022–2026 Digger Derrick, and 2025 AM Series vehicles. The Bendix automatic braking system was not recalibrated after the front radar box was relocated, which can cause a delayed braking response and increase crash risk.
