Nara Organics is recalling all lots of its powdered infant formula due to potential contamination with Clostridium botulinum, a bacteria that can cause infant botulism. Three infants who consumed the formula were hospitalized with botulism in California, Washington, and Pennsylvania, though none died. The formula was sold at Target and Nara.com between July 2025 and June 2026.

Fry Pie Factory's 5 oz Pepperoni Rolls were not stored at safe temperatures, which may allow harmful bacteria to grow and cause foodborne illness. Clover Hill Dairy is recalling all soft ricotta and requeson cheese produced between May 4 and May 30, 2026, because it may be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes. GO Raw LLC is expanding a recall of freeze-dried chicken pet food due to potentially low levels of thiamine (vitamin B1). Cats and dogs eating this food over time may develop deficiency symptoms ranging from decreased appetite and vomiting to neurological problems like neck bending, poor coordination, and seizures.
