Quantum Outback wheelchair software recalled for possible fall risk

Reminder pop-up messages may appear on the Quantum Outback powered wheelchair when the "Remind Me Later" option is selected. If this happens while the wheelchair is being driven, it may perform an unexpected park brake stop, which may result in a fall or injury. If it happens while the wheelchair is not being driven, the control system may crash and remain in pre-operational mode.
