Quantum Rehab 4Front wheelchair software recalled for possible falls

Quantum Rehab 4Front powered wheelchair controller software version 2.0.11 may show reminder pop-ups if the "Remind Me Later" option is selected. While the wheelchair is being driven, this may cause an unexpected park brake stop, which may result in a fall or injury. While the wheelchair is not being driven, the control system may crash and stay in pre-operational mode. No injuries have been reported.

  2. Check whether your 4Front controller runs software version 2.0.11. The recall covers this version; the new version is 2.0.13.
