Quantum Rehab Rival wheelchair software recalled for fall risk

Quantum Rival powered wheelchairs running controller software version 2.0.11 may show reminder pop-ups if the "Remind Me Later" option is selected. If a pop-up appears while the wheelchair is being driven, it may make an unexpected park brake stop, which may result in a fall or injury. If it appears while the wheelchair is not being driven, the control system may crash and remain in pre-operational mode.
