Quantum Rehab 1450 wheelchair recalled for unexpected brake stop risk

Quantum Rehab 1450 powered wheelchairs running controller software 2.0.11 may show reminder pop-ups when the "Remind Me Later" option is selected. While the chair is being driven, a pop-up may cause an unexpected park brake stop, which may result in a fall or injury. No injuries have been reported.

What to do

  2. Avoid selecting "Remind Me Later" for reminders while using the wheelchair.
