Ajinomoto Foods North America is recalling frozen fried rice, ramen, and shu mai (dumpling) products sold under Ajinomoto, Kroger, Ling Ling, Tai Pei, and Trader Joe's brand names due to possible glass fragments in the food. The glass came from carrots used in the products. No injuries have been reported so far.

Several beef jerky products sold in Hawaii and online contain soy lecithin that is not listed on the label. Soy is a common allergen that can cause serious reactions in people with soy allergies. The products are no longer being sold, but some may still be in home pantries.

Evajoy above-ground pools 48 inches tall or larger have a compression strap around the outside legs that can act as a foothold, allowing children to climb into the pool. This creates a drowning risk even if the ladder is removed.

SumDirect LED mini lights contain small button cell batteries that children can easily remove and swallow, causing serious internal injuries or death. The product lacks required safety warnings and does not meet federal battery safety standards. About 1,600 units were sold online since 2016.

Todson's Concord 360 Degree Rechargeable Light-Up bike helmets (size large, black with LED lights) do not meet federal safety standards for retention and fit. The helmets may fail to stay in place or protect your head during a crash, creating a serious injury risk.

Zelbuck children's chess games contain loose magnets that can come out and be swallowed by children. When high-powered magnets are ingested, they can stick together inside the stomach or intestines, causing serious blockages, tears, or life-threatening infections.

TheKiddoSpace's cocoon-style sensory swing can form loops with its fabric that may wrap around a child's head or neck, creating a strangulation risk. About 140 swings were sold online between November 2023 and February 2025. No injuries have been reported yet.

TheKiddoSpace children's Christmas tree play sets contain dangerous levels of lead in the zipper pull on the music box compartment. Lead can poison young children if ingested. The toy also fails to meet safety standards for battery-operated toys.

TheKiddoSpace peg dolls in cups toys contain small wooden pieces that can block a child's airway. These toys are intended for children under three years old but violate federal small parts safety rules. About 40 of these toys were sold online between July 2023 and February 2025.

TheKiddoSpace LED soccer hover balls have batteries that get too hot and can cause burns. The company received three reports of a burning smell during use. About 650 small hover balls (5.5 inches diameter) with black and white design and foam bumpers are affected.

TheKiddoSpace recalled children's Montessori puzzle eggs because the egg pieces can block a child's airway. The toys were sold online from June 2023 through February 2025. No injuries have been reported, but the risk to young children is serious.

TheKiddoSpace reusable water balloons come with a black mesh storage bag whose cord lock contains a toxic chemical called phthalate that is banned in children's products. If a young child chews or ingests the cord lock, it could cause harm. No injuries have been reported so far.

TheKiddoSpace fingerpainting kits contain methanol, ethylene glycol, and phthalates—chemicals that are toxic if ingested or absorbed by young children. The kits were sold online from June 2023 through February 2025. The company has received reports of strong paint odor, skin irritation, and swollen lymph nodes.

Grtard magnetic stick figure toys contain loose magnets that can be swallowed by children. If multiple magnets are ingested, they can attract each other inside the digestive system and cause serious injuries including intestinal perforation, blockage, and internal bleeding.

Bicystar high chairs sold on Amazon lack a required safety strap and have a gap where a child's head can become trapped. These defects create serious risks of falls and entrapment injury. About 150 chairs were sold between September 1 and 30, 2025.

Magnetic chess games sold on Amazon contain 20 loose, small magnets that children can swallow. When multiple magnets are ingested, they can attract each other inside the stomach and intestines, causing serious injuries including perforations, blockages, and in severe cases, death.

Trankerloop baby bath seats can tip over during use because they are unstable, creating a serious risk of drowning. The seats were sold online from August to October 2025 and do not meet federal safety standards for infant bath seats.

Moisture can get trapped inside these bath foam containers and build up pressure. When opened, pieces may shoot out forcefully and hit someone. The company has received three reports of injuries, including bruises, swelling, and a chipped tooth.

Somgem Pig and Yomin Toilet Lighters sold on Amazon lack required child-resistant safety features, creating a serious fire and burn hazard. About 11,710 of these novelty lighters were sold between July 2022 and November 2025.

Royal Oak flame saber lighters do not have the required child-resistant safety mechanism, which means children can operate them and cause serious burns or fires. The lighters also lack required safety labels. About 190,560 units were sold nationwide from November 2023 through October 2025.

Dupray Neat Steam Cleaners can rupture if overfilled or if the pressure release valve malfunctions, potentially spraying hot steam and causing burns or serious injuries. The company has received 15 reports of boiler ruptures, including four reports of burns, bruises, lacerations, and a broken wrist.

The metal retaining pins inside some PQL High Bay Linear LED light fixtures can wear down over time, allowing the LED board to come loose. A loose board inside the fixture can overheat and catch fire. One fixture has already caught fire, though no injuries have been reported.

Vevor safety gates have a gap between the gate and the floor that is large enough for a child's torso to fit through, creating a risk of entrapment and serious injury. The gates were sold online between December 2023 and December 2025 in three width sizes.

Stryker is recalling certain MOLLI 2 surgical marker systems because the instructions for use need to be updated. Magnetized surgical tools used during the procedure may dislodge the markers that are placed to mark the surgical site. Stryker is providing updated labeling to address this issue.
