Thermos food jars and bottles with certain model numbers can build up pressure when storing food or drinks for extended periods. When opened, the stopper may forcefully pop out and strike the user's face or eyes, causing serious cuts and injuries. Thermos has received 27 injury reports, including three cases of permanent vision loss.

Teva Pharmaceuticals is recalling specific lots of Claravis (isotretinoin) 10 mg capsules because they contain higher-than-allowed levels of tretinoin, a related chemical impurity. The affected lots are 100067507 and 100067508, which expire on July 31, 2026. No injuries have been reported so far.
