Asteria Health is recalling estradiol pellets (18 mg) because some may contain metal particulate matter. The affected lot was distributed nationwide. No injuries have been reported.

  • Stop using estradiol pellets from lot #253000123 (expiration 06/02/2026)
  • Contact your prescriber or pharmacist if you have this lot
  • Do not use the pellets; return them to your pharmacy
