Asteria Health is recalling specific lots of testosterone 75mg/anastrozole 4mg sterile pellets due to potential metal particulate matter found in the product. The affected lots were distributed nationwide. No injuries have been reported.
- Check your testosterone pellets for the lot numbers 254000107 (expires 06/30/2026) or 254000111 (expires 08/07/2026)
- Stop using the product if you have one of these lots
- Contact your healthcare provider or pharmacy for instructions on safe disposal and alternative treatment options
