Asteria Health is recalling specific lots of testosterone 100mg/anastrozole 4mg sterile pellets due to potential metal particulate matter in the product. The contamination was discovered during quality testing. No injuries have been reported.
- Check if you have a pellet from lot 254000105, 254000110, 254000112, or 254000113.
- Do not use pellets from these lots.
- Contact your healthcare provider or pharmacist for guidance on safe alternatives.
- Return unused pellets to your pharmacy or healthcare provider.
