Asteria Health is recalling estradiol 22 mg pellets (Lot# 253000126, expiring 06/09/2026) because they may contain metal particulate matter. The recall affects 133 pellets distributed nationwide. No injuries have been reported.
- Stop using this estradiol product immediately if you have Lot# 253000126
- Contact your prescribing doctor or pharmacist before stopping your hormone therapy
- Return the pellets to your pharmacy or healthcare provider
