Asteria Health's testosterone pellets may contain metal particulate matter due to a manufacturing issue. The FDA has identified five affected lot numbers distributed nationwide. No injuries have been reported.
- Stop using your Asteria Health testosterone pellet if the lot number matches: 251000131, 251000136, 251000150, 251000158, or 251000159
- Contact your doctor or pharmacy immediately for guidance on replacing your medication
- Do not discard your pellet; return it to your pharmacy or doctor for proper disposal
