Asteria Health is recalling testosterone pellets (18.0 mg, lot #251000126, expiring 06/03/2026) because they may contain metal particulate matter. The recall affects 146 pellets distributed nationwide. No injuries have been reported.

- Check the lot number on your medication; it is printed on the packaging
