Stop using Asteria Health testosterone pellets
Asteria Health is recalling certain testosterone pellet injections because they may contain metal particulate matter. The contamination was identified in seven specific manufacturing lots with expiration dates between June 2026 and September 2026. No injuries have been reported so far.
- Check if your testosterone pellet is from Asteria Health (NDC 79559-1100-32) and matches one of the recalled lot numbers
- Do not use the pellet if it is from a recalled lot
- Contact your healthcare provider or pharmacy for instructions on replacement or alternative treatment
- Visit the FDA website or call Asteria Health for a full list of affected lot numbers
