Asteria Health is recalling one lot of testosterone 100mg/anastrozole 4mg pellets because they may contain metal particles. The affected lot (254000104, expiring 05/27/2026) was distributed nationwide. No injuries have been reported.
- Stop using this product immediately if you have lot #254000104
