Wellnov Supplements Joint Nourish liquid supplement was manufactured with deviations from required safety standards that could allow harmful bacteria, including those that cause botulism, to contaminate the product. About 90 bottles distributed nationwide between October 2025 and April 2026 may be affected.

- Do not use or consume this product.
- Dispose of the bottle safely or return it to where you purchased it.

Deviations from current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) that could lead to bacterial pathogen contamination and possible C. Botulinum concerns.
